What I remember about that 95 team is that &*#&(#$(*)# Glen Mason
"WASTED" a years elgibility for QB Mark Williams in 94 to start against
AL-Birmingham! I'm not sure if he played another game that year?

I've always wondered what the 96 team would've been like with Mark
Williams at QB.

I'll bet I can't name 10 former Jayhawk football players. Let's see, there's Sayers, Riggins, Gilbert Brown, Hadl, McClinton, Cromwell, Stubblefield, Jaynes, Steve Renko ( later pitched for the White Sox) and Bobby Douglass. Well, I guess I can but that's about it. KU football memories get dim in a hurry. Much like MU football I would think. Oh, I just remembered the best LB we ever had, Willie Pless. He was great but undersized and not drafted by the NFL. He had a great career in Canada. (I could think of more if really pressed)
