Knight did well today, a few good catches and such, but this game totally belongs to Allen.

Allen gets a super-size game ball.

I thought Trent played his guts out today.

While the following plays were absolutely key to the victory,

T.Green pass to P.Holmes for 60 yards, TOUCHDOWN.

nobody played harder than Jared Allen did today. Nobody.

M.Brunell up the middle to WAS 42 for 3 yards (J.Allen). FUMBLES (J.Allen), RECOVERED by KC-J.Allen at WAS 40

LJ had a few decent runs too. Would have had more if we'd let him have the ball instead of passing it.

Allen is obviously our player of the game, but I should also mention that Scanlon was almost as dominant on special teams today. He was all over the place.

Didn't Scanlan have that penalty that they tried to call on Woods? The announcers said something about Woods yelling "it wasn't me" at the ref who then corrected himself.

That said, Scanlan also made a brutal hit on one of the first return attempts.

D.Frost punts 53 yards to KC 40, Center-E.Albright. D.Hall to WAS 48 for 12 yards (M.Bowen). PENALTY on KC-R.Scanlon, Illegal Block Above the Waist, 10 yards, enforced at KC 43.

I made reference to that on the game day thread. I said something about 75,000 people dropping F bombs for a good deal of the game probably had an effect. :D

Did anyone take a picture of arrowheadlouder in her bikini? :)

Yeah, yeah, Scanlon had one penalty, but the Redskin probably deserved to be hit in the back. The bottom line is that Scanlon was a killer out there today. He was busting wedges, heads, and returners.

Allen gets my gameball, he was everywhere. He wanted that game. Trent did a good job also. Thats why we brought Knight in here. McCleon (need I say more).

Tie between Knight and Jared Allen. Knight made arguably the two biggest plays in this game.

Like I said in another thread, Sammy Knight scored a defensive TD and without him the game was going to overtime, because Washington was beat on the last play on offense for the Redskins. Santana Moss would have hauled that pass in and sent the game to OT.

Allen is the obvious choice but without Knight we don't win either.
