Even Vermeil can't put lipstick on the pig that was McLeon today.

Washington actually did ok, but I heard the zebs call out 22 way too much. It was also not enjoyable watching McLeon run 3 yards behind Moss on the long pass play.

If Warfield doesn't see the war field against Miami ...

I'm thinking Gun benches Surtain next week and starts McLeon and Washington...to prove a point.

The only thing that I can say in McPasson's defense was that the two defensive holding calls (which accounted for at least 7 Washington points) were ticky tack at best, total bullshit at worst.
