I actually spoke to a PR guy. He says "by law" they are not allowed to televise it outside a 75 mile radius of Miami and KC.

He also said he's recieved "1000s of phone calls from irate Miami and KC fans"

That's bullshit. It's not a law, its just that they are covering their asses from lawsuits. They could offer it up to individual markets that aren't televising a highschool or college game though, imo.
