I just called Rookies Sports Bar in Oceanside.....they're showing the game this afternoon!

(they had 4 calls in the first 10 minutes that they were open today)

Anyone need directions.... Hwy 78 and El Camino Real (on North Side of 78)

Rookies has the "real" satellite....I watched the preseason game against the cardinals there.

I just called Rookies and they said they are 95% sure they can get the game because they have 22 sattelites. I am not sure I want to make the trip all the way there for 95%.

They're either intercepting the signal with a C-band dish, or they're mistaken.

There's been tons of bars say they're getting it and they've been wrong.

As it's a CBS feed....they shouldnt have a problem getting the game...

We might have a winner! My roommate has an appointment there and he is going to drop me off it would really suck if they didn't show it

I spoke with a number of bars with the older satellites and all of them believed they could go to different band's and search and find the game. They would only know for sure at game time. You don't have to drive too far if you live in San Diego, just check your local area and call a few
sports bars to find out if they have the older satellites. I'm in Point Loma and there are several in my area. You don't have to go to Oceanside to get the game.

You know.....I have this sick feeling that we're going to fight very hard to see it.....and if we do get to see it....it will be the ugliest football game ever played!

I just called again and they sounded less sure than an hour ago. They are not getting the feed as of now. i was going to get dropped off there and then I would not get picked up until 8 so that if not worth it just for 95%

I called both Hooters down here

Now, that's funny. Even more so if it was unintentional.
