no chance of stopping San Diego's O! No respect. They said the Charger's would be scoring a lot of points this Sunday. Man, I would love to see our D keep them to no more than 2 TD's, all of which are 4th quarter junk TD scores.

i really, really hope we see a specific scheme designed for the chargers offense.

gonna be ugly if we just play straight up

let's just hope our offense comes ready to play

Gettig respect from radio jockeys in SD is the least of my worries.

Containing LT, being able to run the ball effectively on O, and winning the game are my worries.

No they won’t, but who cares as long as the Chiefs win.

I think we will be very glad that the Chiefs have not forgotten the last game of the 2004 season. We were handled by thier backups, Dick Mentioned it recently. I was even concerned that we were tanking that game for draft position and to get Tony G. the record. I look for a Chiefs blowout, this team has strong character as shown last Friday.

On the road, I don't care what the finality of the score is if the Chiefs win.

This will be a sweet victory if we win Sunday! Many on this board are not expecting Chiefs to win, but I'm unusually optimistic for some reason. The momentum and confidence we will have after this win will be so important for us for the remainder of the regular and post season.

I guess a nail-biting close loss will still give us confidence, but a win is what we need!

Yeah, I don't htink we are really be in any position to be pissed about people's opinion of the Chiefs defense... I mean, save 2 teams, everyone can pretty much look down on it.

That's what I thought going into Denver. Didn't turn out too good.

We've gotta force turnovers in this game if we want to win...

I agree, I don't care.

Food for thought here, after fielding the defenses we have for 5 years, who can blame the people for thinking what they think ?
:hmmm:

Of course we don't have a chance. Every major football site has the Chargers over the Chiefs in their power rankings.

We teh suk.

Yeah, I don't see why the Chiefs win such a smooth victory in Miami and don't advance a lick in the ESPN rankings (still at 15th this week), but I have a feeling that when the Eagles take out the Broncos convincingly this week... the Titans spank the Raiders... and the CHIEFS make Shottenheimer's boys look foolish...

Well... I look for our boys to rise up to at least 5th place. Teams like the Redskins, Seahawks, Broncos and Falcons can't help faltering. I firmly believe that the Giants will knock Washington down a bit, and the 'Hawks and Falcons have the week off.

No I'm talking about Lee Hacksaw Hamilton. He was the big local sportstalk blowhard when I lived in San Diego.

The Chiefs defense want respect? Are the Chiefs defense improved? All they have to do is prove it.

Prove it to the Chiefs fans, prove it to the opponents, and prove it to the NFL.
