I wouldn't be so sure. It's not for Fitzgerald to make or break the excuses for the war. It's for him to apply the law.

The politics of the war will be vetted when the discovery for the trial is done. And when the trial is held. Fitzgerald indictments merely means there were reasons this WH felt they had to lie and deceive regarding this war. It's not Fitzgerald's job to find them...
