Queen are you telling me you could bum rush Mangino? He's about 4 men all rolled into 1. How bad will the tiggers lose today?

By 6:00, Mangino should be just finishing up eating them.

I really wish we'd stop this practice. Someone is going to get hurt and it makes us look pathetic.

It looks like fun when you see it on TV, so I participated in it one time years ago and I'll tell you what, when those posts snap it's not a place you want to be.

Well, I believe we have those collapsable posts now, so not only do we look pathetic, we look like wimps too. I can't stand when fans feel the need to rush onto the playing surface after a win.

LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) -- Kansas finally beat Nebraska, ending a 36-game losing streak to the Cornhuskers with a 40-15 victory Saturday and thousands of fans rushed the field to celebrate one of the biggest wins in school history.

Well, they 'rushed the field', did the fans decide to stay away from them?

I could only get the Nebraska biased radio feed.

The announcers indicated that N fans were miffed that Mangino asked that the goalposts not be torn down this week. Like KU expected to win.

:)

This goals are down. Also, I checked this thread about 25 min. ago only 6 said the goalposts were going down and now we have 7, so somebody's using insider knowledge.

Who are the N fans miffed more at now...........Mangino or Callahan?

Did they come down when they beat FAU? What about against Appalachian?

They started working on the posts then. Finally against Mizzou, they gave way.

Apparently, the duct tape didn't hold for this game.

NU fans sit behind me at Chiefs' game I'm afraid what might happen if KU turns out to be the marching band tomorrow.

To this day I've not figured out the Saulbadguy fandom thing. Is it possible that he's out there shaking on a large cylindrical object at this very moment or is he watching KSU?

^^^^ I guess I was too late. My wish was not fulfilled.

Hopefully it will somehow mushroom to a gigantic size and crush the entire University of Kansas when it topples.
