He knew it was unfair for him to play against our secondary. So he's doing the nice thing.

He's been questionable 3 weeks in a row and played. I'd say thinking he won't play is wishful thinking.

In fact I saw on the NFL network this morning where they said he was still listed as questionable, but practiced yesterday for the 1st time in like 3 weeks.

it doesn't matter, Jerry Porter or their TE would still have a huge day

I think it's safe to assume that he will be there and will be ready to play, not to expect him to do so is wishful and naive. IMO

Well, if Norv will go easy on the max-pro, we might actually be able to do a little something tomorrow. Gotta keep two guys on Allen, though. That dude makes me nervous.

I know mid-week, it was reported that Oakland was thinking about giving Moss a week off because of all his lingering injuries.

True or not, KC should still beat them in Arrowhead.

They should. LJ should break 150 on us. If our offense can do anything meaningfull, this should be a fun game.

Is the death of a father considered a boo-boo down in Oakland?

Season's over? Nonsense! That's Raider fan talk. I'll see you in the kitchen with a bottle of dishwashing liquid. Gargle until that vile nonsense is cleansed from your filthy mouth!

That's okay. We already know that Jordan Black has been having a little too much fun playing Ole' with opposing DEs. That fact, plus some sore ribs should make for an interesting encounter.

He hasn't been hurt for a while:

http://www.kcchiefs.com/news/2005/11/02/injury_report__raiders1a/

His father died before last week's game against the Chargers, and he missed a lot of practice this week while he was out of town, but he doesn't have any injuries serious enough to warrant being on the injury report.

Also, you will find an abundance of fans around here ready to throw in the towel since we are 4-3 and doomed.

Hmph. My mistake then. I could have sworn he had some sore ribs or something along those lines prior to losing his father.

Well, much like on draft day, we can't always get it right...or even half the time, for that matter.

As for throwing in the towell, I started looking towards April at 0-3. I'f we manage to break .500, I may actually start to run my mouth a little.

I think he did have sore ribs after the Chargers game. I don't think you're imagining it because I recall that also.

We are going to lose our four preseason games by a combined 286 points. The NFL office will give us special consideration and award us two extra losses.
