Woods and Wesley both doubtful?

Could this be the beginning of William Bartee's HoF safety career?

think Washington will see time at safety?

think the Chiefs are holding Roaf out for a late run-to get him back to 100%?

No, sadly he has a tear so he will be out for a while.

Roaf Sims and Woods are DNP's the other guys should be available.

Washington won't play Safety he never did. Lets convert Roaf to FS rofl.

so he did tear it-i thought he just had a severe pull and his age was hampering his recovery time.

that sucks!

I hope Sampson recovers and plays the rest of the year. I think he could develop into a solid RT. Also, after Roaf retires, I think we need to draft or sign a FA LT. I don't think Black is the heir apparent.

The "tear" happened in the Jets game.

He's had a slight tear all season.

I disagree about Black.

I rarely agree with Dick about anything, but one thing he said recently, that I have been saying since the 2nd game, is that Black has had to shift from one side to the other, and that hampers his development.

Put him on one side, leave him there, let him develop, and I still believe he'll be more than a credible player.

RT is his original position. If we left him there, who else on our roster is good enough to fill in and play LT?

His original position is GUARD. That's what he played for the majority of his college career IIRC.

Don't know what's wrong with Wesley but I hope he plays.

I am very relieved to hear nothing is wrong with Kawika Mitchell.

We need Samie Parker back despite what people will say. We need his speed.

Vermeil said the other day he thinks Roaf could be back for the Houston game. I doubt we even need him for that game so I'd hold him out another week, personally.

Hopefully someone punches Jerome Woods in the hamstring again this week.

It really doesn't matter what his original position is (fetal), just put him in one spot and leave him there.

Although, I suspect he'd be a great guard.

We were all raving about him after he put on a show versus Ray Lewis last year. Not coincidentally, he was subbing for Waters at left guard.

But I do agree, even if you want to keep him at tackle, find a spot and keep him there.

I can't wait to see Billy Bartee at safety.

I've heard good things.

Grandpa won't even consider moving him back to CB because of how well he's doing at Safety (or how sh!tty he was at CB, maybe both)
