What a crazy game that was.. Derrick was amazing..

November 11, 1990 -- Kansas City linebacker Derrick Thomas sets an NFL record with seven sacks, but Seattle quarterback Dave Krieg somehow slips free of Thomas to throw a 25-yard game-winning touchdown pass in the closing seconds as the Seahawks beat the Chiefs 17-16.

Oh man, that was a crappy way to end an incredible individual performance. I remember that game. DT was a man possessed.

I went to that game, and we were chanting for #8 on that last play when Krieg ripped our hearts out of our chests and ate them. It was all I could do to not drive into a bridge abutment on the trip home.

It's not his fault. He has small hands.

Think I was wearing my #17 jersey back in those days.
