I have to clean house this week so I can move into a new apartment next month before Christmas. I'm coming across some Chiefs items I've collected over the years, and I've decided that I really don't want these anymore, because they're such pieces of junk that I don't want to display them or use them for anything. They've been in a box for years, so I don't think they have any positive mojo powers.

Specifically, they are:

-A jigsaw puzzle of a cartoon-rendition of Arrowhead stadium
-A worn-out #11 Elvis Grbitch jersey
-A toy Chiefs football from my youth
-A Chiefs shirt that doesn't fit me anymore (from high school days)

What would you recommend as the best way to dispose of these items?

Dude. Don't throw that away. Save that for giving to one of your kids.

"This used to be Dad's when he was your age. Now I'm passing it on to you."

As for the rest of it ...
-A jigsaw puzzle of a cartoon-rendition of Arrowhead stadium
-A worn-out #11 Elvis Grbitch jersey
-A Chiefs shirt that doesn't fit me anymore (from high school days)

What would you recommend as the best way to dispose of these items?

"Who were the Chiefs? Well, you know the Las Vegas Miners? They used to be in Kansas City before that town went totally tits up."

There are still fools on Ebay that will pay for Elvis Grbac merchandise.

I believe that the proper means of disposal is by burning, preferably with an honor guard, once a Chiefs item is worn out or soiled. Do not let any of these items touch the ground.
