Courtney Brown isn't even in Allen's realm at this point.

Enh, who cares... the rotation of guys in Denver's Dline has been working quite well.

Shockey thought Feely had kicked the game winning FG and was celebrating for the cameras. Then he realizes the field goal was no good.

That is their best reasoning so far.

HAHAHA! They even took a shot at Iowanian in that thread. Go get em!

Any idiot who believes that Courtney Brown is better than Allen is so obsessed with the Donks that they are living in Oz (the storybook place, not the HBO place).

Listen to this shit!

Yep he's been good for 11 games. Actually check that, he been good in five games, in which he's had his 8 sacks...and what's this...5 of his six fumbles came in the games in which he had a sack. In the other 6 games he's been pretty much invisable. Sounds an awful lot like a former DE the Broncos had that was great in about 6 games, where he'd pile up the sacks and then dissappear in the other 10.....

Allen=Reggie Hayward....maybe..

They're in some kind of denial over there.
They would LOVE to have #69 on their line, no doubt about it, but he's ours suckas!

If he's invisible because he doesn't get a sack every single game, then the Broncos DLine has been invisible all year.

All I care about is that Denver's defense is better than last year... they've been solid at takeaways and they're more opportunistic.

There's more teeth to this defense than in 2004...

Whats sad is their actually 9-2 more because of Ron Dayne then Courtney Brown.

I think KC and Denver both only have 19 sacks through 11 games... unless I misread something. That's weak.

Enh, I'm more of the type that likes to focus on KC having 7 wins and only 1 of them is against a team that currently has a winning record - the Patriots.

Also, I'm glad that crushing the likes of the Texans and depleted Patriots in recent weeks has awakened the spirit of Chiefsplanet... 3 weeks ago is was nothing but doom and gloom.

It's nice to see the local yokels loud and proud again... I don't care for KC, but there's nobody harder on you guys when the team sucks that you guys. And, in recent years... there's been a lot of that. :p

Happy now?

All of this debate is pointless.

KC will not make the playoffs, and Denver will be anally raped by the Colts...worse than ever.

Who cares the mange is full of D-bags..., And they are full of themselves at 9-2, even though their defense has given up giant first half leads five times this year...

Shit the way to beat the Donks and for some reason teams will not follow it...

Contain outside runs and bootlegs, get enough pressure for Plummint to make a throw in the pocket... Hell any decent offense puts up points on them... You just need to stop their running game first(mostly outside runs) with containment, and then make sure plummer cannot bootleg and hit the mother****er every time, he will fold like peyton does if you pop him enough times...

If we can do that like we did to the patriots and brady we can win this game..

Wow. All I gotta say is whoever the hell posted that needs to get their f**king head examined.

Courtney Brown, 57 games, or 5 and a half years, has 19 f**king sacks.

Jared Allen, 26 games, or a year and a half, has 17 sacks.

Coach
11-29-2005, 06:47 PM
And after further evaluation:

Cortney Brown, 2005, 10 games, 17 total tackles, with 2 sacks.

Jared Allen, 2005, 11 games, 35 total tackles, with 8 sacks.

I've been informed that it's a bogus comparison because Courtney only plays 25 percent of the snaps.

Broncos fans also once thought Orange Crush was a mighty tasty soda. Little did they know it was brewed directly from nuclear waste which gave it it's signature haunting orange glow.

And you are correct. My point is how in the hell can Denver fans actually believe that Courtney Brown, who plays only 25% of the snaps, is better than Jared Allen, who plays, for the most part, every single snap on the defensive side?

If they actually believe that Courtney Brown is better than Allen, then how come he's only playing 25% of the snaps? Shouldn't he be playing every snap on the defensive side?

Allow me to save you a little time...

According to Bronco fans:
Sharpe > Gonzo
Elway > Montana, Baugh, and Marino combined
Rod Smith > Jesus
Mechlenberg (sp?) == HOF LB
Any current Bronco at any position > any Chiefs player (ever)

Not that I'm trying to steal you moral outrage but the BS piles up pretty high around here.
