I voted the E.T. option. Though I've never seen Nick Athan, its easy to imagine him looking like a slimy space penis.

I'm envisioning Psicosis as the girl who offers him the gummy bear. "Would you like a gummy bear? It's been in my pocket all day. It's really warm and soft."

Frankenhooker:

http://www.critcononline.com/images/frankenhooker.gif

Jeffrey Franken, a medical school dropout loser, tries to recreate the love of his life by putting her head (the rest of her body was mutilated in a freak remote-control lawn mower accident) on body parts of prostitutes he killed with "super" crack.

In the end, an angry pimp decapitates our hero because he lost a lot of his prostitutes to the super crack. Jeffrey's "Frankenhooker, however," is able to save our hero by using the same questionable medicine on him. Sadly, Jeffrey's science only works with female body parts--and Jeffrey awakens to find himself a female below the neck.
