as our 5th cornerback.

I've been impressed with Warfield, Surtain, Sapp, and Washington this year. Even Wesley and Knight are getting in on plays. I don't think there should be any way that McCleon even sniffs starting or even coming off the bench much this year.

Yup. I wasn't worried at all when Washington went in.

McCleon's healthy.

And stuck to the bench.

I was a little. Washington is decent, but Warfield has been outstanding ever since he came back. He seems to be playing a lot better than he was last year.

Washington is good, but he isn't on Warfield's level, in my opinion. :)

You know the scene in Full Metal Jacket with the bars of soap? Why hasn't that happened to McCleon yet?

Yeah I've been really impressed by Warfield's run support and he seems to be covering a lot better without the big slipups he's had in the past.

That being said though, for once I didn't cringe when Washington came in in his place like I would've if McPasson was there.

Don't get me wrong, we will miss Warfield, but Washington is pretty solid.

Warfield was in on the last play Hail Mary. Maybe it's not so bad.

How many football games have you guys coached? He's a fine football player. All he does is show up and make plays.

I guess I missed it, is Warfields injury serious?

Head trauma or something of the like I believe is what they said.

However, if he was in the last play like an earlier poster said I'd say it was something very minor, small stinger perhaps.

I suprisingly quite happy with Warfield and Washington being our #2 and 3 CBs.

mcleon was in the game today.
that was probably around the 29th time i was yelling at the tv
they actually threw to the receiver that he was (not) covering and thats when kavvika intercepted it.
i was sittin there thinking, "did gun bait those bastards by playin mccleon?"
