That was an incredible contest. You guys are hard to beat at home. Nice win, and enjoy the "hottest team in the league" right now media you're sure to receive this week.

Actually, I think the Jags will get that label after they beat their fifth division II team in a row.

It certainly was a good game. I'm glad I woke up for the second half.

As much as i hate the Donkey's I respect the fact that you guys come to play every week. It would have been easy to come into Arrowhead and just "lay down" like the Chiefs usually do in Denver but you guys refused to do that. Awesume game. Probaby the biggest win of the DV era in KC so far.

It was a battle, in the 3rd I thought we were going to lose it, but they came out and got it done.

Always get a war between the Chiefs and Broncos at Arrowhead.

I think that Denver Offense is quite incredible... they ALWAYS have open recievers. Its surreal. I hate to be giving props like that, but damn... 10 yards, 17 yards, 10 yards, 15 yards... it was infuriating, but man, they got a helluva offense.

With Indy out there, we have no worry of being the hottest team out there any time sooon.

Mr. Kotter
12-04-2005, 09:13 PM
Thanks. You guys played well.....but, yeah, Arrowhead....like Invesco is tough to play at.

I'll accept the hottest team in the AFC title, if and when, we win these two road contests coming up. Anything less and we are simply a contender, and more likely a pretender.

Four games to play; but we, and you, gotta play 'em one game at a time.

Yeah, I can easily see that happening. BU QB brings them from behind against the Browns.

Now broom you must now sweep for me
The dust it fills my room

No john i will not sweep for you
For i am not your broom

What nonsense are you speaking broom?
My words you must obey

Another life awaits me
And im leaving you today
I am not your broom
I am not your broom
I've had enough im throwin off
My chains of servitude
I am not your broom
I am not your broom
No longer must i sweep for you
For i am not your broom

Yeah, it was a great game, TJ. I've got to give you respect for being level-headed after a close loss in such an emotional game. You're a good ambassador for your team, and all NFL teams would do well to have more fans of your nature.

In the end, we all love the game of football.

Seriously, I am losing respect for you dude.

On second thought, you are pretty smart. You picked the Chiefs to win all along. You knew the Chiefs would beat Denver. How did you get to be so smart?

I would, but I don't even talk the slightest of smack. I'm very competetive in nature and always have been, but I'm also content with victory alone - I guess I'm like Priest in that quiet mindset.

Yeah, people often think I'm too friendly but the thing is I'm just very laid-back.

If TJ normally acts like an ass and then fesses up with a genuine thread, perhaps that's a sign that he's learned to respect our team a bit more for beating his in a hell of a game.

Denver still controls their own fate... win at home vs Balt and Oak, then defeat the Bills in Buff and the game @ SD may be a non-factor.

I really just don't see how KC makes it through this final stretch without losing 2.
