I won't be able to watch it! :deevee:

Have the office Christmas party starting at 5 Eastern. I'll be able to watch the first 15 minutes. After that, I'll be socializing while fidgeting about what I'm missing.

Here's the bad news: The Chiefs are 0-2 on Christmas party games that I miss. We got blown out by Minnesota in 2003 and lost at Denver in 2002.

So if we lose today, blame me. :cuss:

Drop off the gifts and make up some lame-ass excuse why you have to leave and go home and watch it.

ROFL

My first son was born shortly after Sylvester Morris got those 3 TDs against San Diego in 2000. I remember watching the game in the delivery room while my wife was laboring.

At least I will know who to blame. I expected a little more out of you. :shake:

We're a very small department -- just four of us. So my absence obviously would be conspicuous, to say the least.

There is one nice benefit to going: We eat a prime rib dinner, drink lots of fine wine and single-malt scotch.

Anyway, when I get home I'll log on to the Planet and will have to rely on you guys to let me know what transpired beyond the final score.

I think its important that SK goes to his office party. I mean, it's not like he gets to see those people every day or anything.

If you had gone to med school like your mom wanted, you'd be getting to eat prime rib AND see the Chiefs game.

Thanks, Dad.

Sure thing.

And while we're here, you may have a brother that your mom doesn't know about. Let's keep it under our hats.

Go, eat prime rib, fake an illness, and get the hell out of there. Easy as pie.

You can have the minivan. But the seats have to remain up at all times.

That's so uncool. You never make brother do that. You always loved him more.

Yeah, but I never paid child support for him, so it all kind of evens out.

Well, I see the jinx held, as I feared.

Can someone give me a 2-3 sentence synopsis? Please?

We outplayed them except for a couple of fluke plays.

They punched in the winning score after a 49-play drive that include 26 plays inside our five.

Tynes got a chicken bone in his throat.

We would have easily won that game if you had been watching. It's all your fault.

Ha, I see Miami beat SD. Way to completely **** up a great opportunity.

How do you score on a WR end-run inside the 10?

Looks like our run D got soft. Wesley had a holding penalty on 4th down. A flea-flicker. A Green fumble returned 60 yards.

Ugh. I'm glad I didn't see this. I'm just as depressed if I had, though. This team's a pretender. That's why I was so cautious during the week. Time after time after time, just when you think they're making a move, they let you down. 17 years and counting.

F*ck them.
