A source familiar with the situation has informed the Star Ledger that Bradway and Peterson have negotiated a compensation package for Herm Edwards clearing the way for him to become the next Head Coach of the Chiefs. The Jets are tired of Edwards constant contract negotiations, (two extensions in the last four years, both after losing seasons) and Edwards complaints about being in the bottom third salary wise of all NFL head coaches. Bradway is rumored to be the next to exit the Jet organization after numerous poor drafts and how he handled the last coaching change, interviewing only Edwards.

By interviewing Edwards and hiring him he met the "Johnny Cochran Rule" for NFL hiring practices.

What makes Herman a minority? The fact that his is an NFL coach that has a job?

It can't be that, Mexicans in the U.S. are no longer the minority.
