To back up Green? He'll be FA. What do you think?

Not going to happen. I'm pretty sure Kitna wants to land a starting job somewhere.

I'd take him over Collins in a heart beat.

Did you actually WATCH last weeks game? :p

Last weeks game was his first game off the bench all year...ANYONE would be rusty. Kitna beats out 90% of all other backups around the league.

Yeah, but if we were to lose Green for a couple months I would take the single game loss for him to get in the groove. I'm not sure odd todd has a groove, and without playing any in the last 5 years, I'm not sure he could find it if he needed to.

The good thing about him is in case Carl can't find the QBOTF while we still got Green, Kitna can buy us some time. Like until Carl retires in '09.

Are you watching today's?

Kitna's a pretty good QB.

Will he be the next Jeff Hostetler?

BigVE

Or the next Rich Gannon?

He'll have his chance... Kitna's out for the season.

WTF was I saying? Oh well. Whoever we have back there you know it will be a Vet of some sort, and if he plays we are in trouble.

This one's done. We'd have rolled Cinci again if we had made it in.

I thought Wilson was part of Saunder's master plan?

I don't want a career clipboard holder as a #2. We need to get our QBotF in the #2 spot. Kitna is no QBotF.

Its something they cooked up together. Just wait and see, in 10 years.... he will really be something! :)

Especially if we had taken a shot at Palmer's knee, too.

Yeah, I would as well, but we are both smart enough to know that Carl would never go that route unless he picked a guy in the first round. Otherwise it is going to be a Vet with some time as starter.
