Someone called a wildcard SB way back on wildcard weekend.

I wonder if JoPo will change his mind about the run/play defense mentality if it's the Steelers & Panthers.

tk13
01-22-2006, 05:33 PM
It's weird how these conference championship games seem to be blowouts. I don't have the first idea why that is.

ESPN had a stat the other day, like in Championship game history, the margin of victory breakdown looked like this.

1-3 pt wins - 8
4-6 pt wins - 8
7-9 pt wins - 9
10+ pt wins - 45

milkman

Ed Hochuli and his crew made it to the post season?

That fact, in and of itself, speaks volumes about the poor quality of officiating in the NFL nowadays.

I think that Carolina has Eagle-itis when it comes to NFC championships. They're missing a few pieces. Seattle is running on all cylinders. Do you think that Pittsburgh will have a tough time with this offense?

I meant to post this earlier, but I’m at my mom's house and she has had a ton of pc problems. However, I found it very refreshing when Carrie Underwood sang the National Anthem the way it was written instead of murdering it like most performers do; I was glad to hear that it is alive and well.
