Props to the punter for entering the competition, but he should have had his foot twisted behind his body and shoved up his ass for skipping the sled. Total puss move. At least try you noodle armed queer!

He ended up finishing in fourth place. He obviously didn't have the build for the sled. I salute him for his strategery.

LJ finished second in his event. Green finished third in his. The Chiefs had a good showing overall.

What happened with this? I didn't know this was happening today, so I didn't catch it.

LJ's time kicked the crap out of Merriman's time, but then he got beat by Cato June by 2/10s of a second. It was mostly because LJ took like two seconds to find a ball amidst the pylons during one part of the course. Take that part out, and LJ would have dominated the competition.

Anyone see Larry Allen put up 225 lb. 43 freaking times? Last year 32 won it. He's a beast.

I'm just glad I didn't have to watch Gonzo embarrass himself in the "hands" competition again. They replayed the '05 competition this morning, and I forgot how bad Gonzo looked in that.

Larry Allen went 43 times. He was the first guy too. Guys like Porter went 35 or so times, but they knew they had no chance. The whole event was already over since LA was the first to go and went 43 times.

Thanks.

Also, LJ finished second by 2 hundreths of a second despite spending a ton of time finding the ball amidst the pylons. Everyone else found it pretty quick.

Did Waters compete in it? That guy has to be able to be around 40 times.

Yeah no shoes or gloves and when that ball hit him in the hand he quit and said I am not hurting myself. It was bad.

Yeah Gonzo last year looked bad in that.....

Good thing football isn't played that way or he'd be screwed.

Good thing football isn't played that way or he'd be screwed.Yea. It's just kind of sad to see the competitive nature of the rising stars of the game in comparison to Gonzo half-assing it.
