AMAZING credentials Tom Walsh, the Raiders potential offensive coordinator has... current bed-and-breakfast operator and mayor in Swan Valley, Idaho. ROFL

From Pastabelly's column on ESPN.com:

The bigger question about Shell, it seems, is his choice for key staff positions, particularly his offensive coordinator. Shell is poised to hire Tom Walsh, who was his coordinator during his first incarnation as the Raiders' head coach, in the same capacity. But Walsh, who currently owns and operates a bed-and-breakfast in Swan Valley, Idaho, and who is mayor of that small town, has not worked at all in the NFL since being fired along with Shell in 1994. His most recent involvement with football was in 1999, when he was director of operations and head coach for a minor-league franchise in Mobile, Ala. Before that, he served as head coach at Idaho State, where he compiled a 6-18 mark in two seasons. Walsh has been away from the NFL even longer than Shell, who has been an assistant coach and worked in the league office since Davis fired him, and it will be interesting to see how he adapts to the changes in the game.
