Can't get InstallShield to run

I'm trying to download Quicktime 7, but it ends right after I start, giving me this prompt -

1607: Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime.

What should I do to get InstallShield up to get this download? And I tried to download it once earlier in the day, but the download apparently locked and wouldn't stop until I Ctrl/Alt/Deleted it.

start by reinstalling the installshield scripting engine

C:\PROGRAM FILES\INSTALLSHIELD\DEVELOPER\REDIST\LANGUAGE INDEPENDENT\I386\isscript*.msi

Just double click that file and then try to rerun your quiktime install.
