Schefter says it's essentially a done deal. ESPN.com has an article on it as well. Sorry if this is a repost.

I wonder where he's headed... hopefully Oakland declines to match the offer as suggested in the link above.

Very interesting!

I would imagine the Ravens have to be a player here as well...

I hope he goes to the NFC and stays out of the hands of the Raiders.

I hope the Raiders do get Dante , because Moss hates his ass, and he sucks.

Why? I'm not even sure they would know what to do with a QB at this point.

Actually, I believe I have read that they are getting along again.

Was Billick with the Vikings when they drafted Culpepper?Nevermind. Billick went to the Ravens the year Minnesota drafted Culpepper.

So Culpepper sucks cause he had a bad year? Go look at his numbers the years prior, I do not want him anywhere near our division.

I was trying to remember that, didn't really want to look it up. I thought it was the year before, but I'm just guessing really.

Yes, I believe Moss is all in favor of the Raiders bringing Dante to town.

After a year with Collins, he would take just about ANYBODY.

Ok, you have to ask yourself this question.

Culpeppers contract is big. I believe that Culpepper would have to rework his contract in order for that to work. Also, what kind of value will Culpepper provide for Minn. considering that Culpepper just tore 3 ligaments on his knee?

He sucks because he can't read a defense when he can't find WR he throws it in their, and hopes his guy will out jump the DB.

Amen to that. Come on Miami, step up to the plate. You don't need Brees and his rag arm. :)

BTW, my buddy here at work is from Minnesota, big fan. He has heard a rumor it's either Miami or St. Louis, the stronger rumor being STL (Linehan, former Viking OC, is now the Rams HC), for Bulger and a pick.

Just rumors...

I'm curious to find out where he goes. I've heard/read Ravens, Raiders, Dolphins, Jets, Cards, Bears

The frontrunners appear to be the Rams

Some kind of a deal involving Bulger and some picks

Having lived through last year's Terrell Owens debacle in Philadelphia, new Vikings head coach Brad Childress was in no mood to spend all year trying to placate disgruntled Minnesota quarterback Daunte Culpepper, whom the club is expected to trade (probably to Oakland) by the end of the weekend.

I just can't imagine that Al with his love of the passing game and desire to get the presumed big name talent will pass up this deal.

I would actually like to see what Culpepper could do with those receivers in Arizona.

True, but Randy Moss can change all that...
