Toffee, bitter chocolate and toasted nuts, with late salt and pepper.

Those are Michael Jackson's tasting notes for the 1986 edition. This is the 1992 edition (bottled in 2005). "... bitter sweet. Its crisp peat softens, not to pepper, but to rich sweet fruit."

I can still taste the salt and pepper, but its probably not as strong as traditional with Talsiker. This is my first bottle of Talisker, so I don't have much of a reference point. Very tasty though.

Beer, Baham Mama, you name it. Yep, I don't drink, or basically haven't for 20 years.

Last night I was doing some house work for the wife, and the pain meds were not working like I wanted them to . There was 5 beers left in fridge, drank them, started playing domino's with my daughters, feeling a little buzz ( since I don't drink ). Youngest daughter dropped a glass of Bahama Mama in front of me, down it went, dropped another one down, down it went. By the time I got to the last drink, I knew I was drunk.
