Even though he lives on the east coast & Saunders would want him to help install his system. I don't see him becoming a Redskin. But if he does the Chiefs will need a back up.

Not a job for a rookie. QBoF not necessary for now. Who?

I'm guessing one of those guys will be re-signed and during the preseason they will decide who will be #2 QB. Of course if it is Collins who is re-signed he will be the #2 man.

Jason Whitlock is reporting Jeff George is currently an UFA.

This is the perfect year to draft a QBotF. He can sit a year or two behind Green while he acclimates to the NFL.

Brodie Croyle is the perfect candidate.

I am anxious to see Printers out there in preseason. Collins or Green for that matter run like they crapped their pants. Come to think of it I don't think that I have ever seen Collins run before.

Look at the DT tribute Video you can see him Run Backwards a little bit..

Green has gotten Much better in his Scrambling, He was doing some crazy Scrambling during a couple of games this past year...Looked 1/2 way decent at it too... (the First San Deigo Game and the Redskins Game I think)

If the Skins sign Collins, they'll cut or trade Ramsey since they won't keep four QBs on their roster. Ramsey got a lot of press down here when he played at Tulane. I wouldn't mind seeing the Chiefs giving him a shot even though I'm not sure he'd be worth giving up a draft pick for.

Kitna is a Lion. There's Garcia, Maddox, J Martin, T Hasselbeck, McCown, Detmer, Brooks...

Hasselbeck re-signed. Out of that list, I would grudging take Martin, since he "knows the system".

Yeah, you remember last year (or 2004, I'm not sure) when Green was scrambling, a DE had him wrapped, and TG got loose, a split second after the ref blew the whistle, saying he was protecting Green. :cuss:

Washington now has a logjam at quarterback. With Mark Brunell as the starter, and Patrick Ramsey and Jason Campbell on the roster, the went out and got Chiefs backup Todd Collins to the tune of a two-year, $2.5 million contract with a signing bonus of $450,000.

With Collins' knowledge of the system, Collins will be the #2. If Brunell can't pick it up, they may put Collins at #1 until Brunell stops throwing picks like Green his first season in KC.

Of course, Green's picks weren't his fault -- stupid ****ing receivers.
