Tips off in 15 minutes. Winner goes to Madison Square Garden for the NIT semi-finals.

I'm a Big East guy, but I'd like to see the Bears get to NYC, along with the ODU/Hofstra winner.

If they win the NIT, is that less admirable than a 1st round loss in The Dance?

Looking like Old Dominion.....

59-51.

23.5 to play. Nice road win. Hopefully MSU follows suit.

More admirable. If they had lost in the first round of the NCAAs, some might've said they didn't deserve the at large. If they win the NIT, most will be saying they should've been in(if they don't believe that already).

The NIT champion is generally the 20th-40th best team in college basketball at the end of the season.

It's on ESPN2. Dean's got all 9 points for LVille early. 9-5 Cards.I still have a hole in my bedroom door after Dean hit a clutch three to beat Memphis at Freedom Hall in the 2003 C-USA tournament. It was the only fricking shot he made all day.

Pretty sloppy first 8 1/2 minutes.....for both teams.

If we could control Dean, we'd be running away with it early.

Keep forcing TO's

MSU forcing a lot of shots.

Sloppy game for both teams.

Doesn't hurt the officials are letting EVERYTHING go

halftime 33-26 bad guys (Louisville)

Louisville leads 33-26 at half.

MSU has really missed a great opportunity.

UL played like crap the first 17 minutes. Got hot the last three.

26% shooting isn't gonna cut it.

Uhggggg.

UL's first two possessions of 2nd half: Two 3's

MSU's first possession: A 4-on-1 resulting in a BLOCKED SHOT.

Game got ugly QUICK.

39-28 UL

MSU cuts it to 9.

65-47 UL.

MSU got frustrated with the physical play. A lot of uncalled body contact.

You can't shoot 25% and expect to win.

This game was there for the taking.......

They showed him on the bench early in the first half, then never again.
