Haven't seen any threads about this since the schedule was posted.

Are we thinking about having the usual shindig?

If so, has anyone got any ideas on which game we'd like to go see?

I definitely vote for the brewpub for the location again. The beer was good and the place big enough for everyone who was able to attend.

So far, ENDelt has suggested a game in late October. It coincides with some college reunion deal he has going on. Either that or the Niners game Oct. 2.

Are you going to drag Jenny Gump to this one?

So the real choices are:

10/1 SF 49ers
10/22 SD Chargers
10/29 Seattle Seahawks

Make it a poll come when preseason rolls around

The Royals are not in town the same time as a Chiefs game but yes it is NASCAR weekend at Kansas Speedway which means my mrs will be gone for the weekend, don't know if that's good or bad.

OK, knew it was one of thew other. From experence, Opening weekend is not cool with Red Friday.

We could still do the SF game if many here wish.

I dropped a thread on our website to discuss.........

Wouldn't NASCAR make hotel rooms short?

no, the NASCR fans all have their own RV's,

Hotels rooms will be scarce the SF game weekend due to the NASCAR race.

So Chiefs fans are now planning around NASCAR? Freaking NASCAR? I'm not sure I can endure the changes that keep happening. I long for the '50's.

the weekend will go on, but phobia is no longer the president of 37 forever...

at least that's the way i understand it...

I might just be able to go to this one...to the bar and all....I'll actually be 21 this time.

But I'm not so sure about going to the bar. I don't think walking into my grandpas house drunk would be such a good idea.

It is... on very rare occasion... okay to go to a bar and not get drunk.

Shhhhh.

You didn't hear it from me.

Not in this lifetime. But don't be confused, just because I don't think much of Phobia doesn't mean that I don't think the foundation is a good thing.

Just to clarify but I haven't done any planning with anyone.I can say for certain that the 49er game is out IF we're going to have Saturday here because mrs and mama nzoner both will be at race weekend and I don't see pulling that off without their help.

I'm leaning to the SD or Seattle game..... we'll get together soon, OK.

Well it looks like I won't be able to attend 37 forever. I was really looking forward to meeting some of you too. My niece or nephew is supposed to be coming around that time.
