Yup ... NEVER drink the liquor you are using in a dish when you are supposed to COOK it off to get rid of the flavor. He couldn't taste it cause he was nipping at it while cooking.

As I just said in the other thread -- TG getting beat was a lot more about the fact that Wolfgang Puck is 10X the chef Kat Cora could ever hope to be. Puck's recipes were better.
