I am thinking 20 out of 25 might do it.

Vonnie converted to a Card's fan last night, and she made up like 1/3 of the posts in the Royals threads. It's already begun. :hmmm:

Yeah, she is living up to her Royals vacation that she said she was going on.

I do miss her already though :deevee: ROFL

I'm thinking that your poll options are being a little too generous towards the Royals.

I find it amazing that a team no one cares about can produce so many threads.

I turned down free tickets to this game. I like the White sox, but if I'd went I'd have to root for KC. And I'm just too f#cking ashamed to do that in public. :shake:

Royals are the way to practice yelling and frustation during the offseason.

Back when the Chiefs sucked in the late 70s and early 80s, Kansas City was a Royals town. Fairweather fans.

I can't wait until baseball finally admits that after 10 years life support isn't doing any good and they pull the plug...

I vow to post one Royals thread everyday until Glass and Baird are gone.

Might be more effective to email Glass and Baird personally everyday rather than waste your time posting it on here. :hmmm:
Or were you just being funny. :)

Thanks a lot Tim! :harumph: I still wear my Royals hats everywhere, but not as proudly as I used to.
I do have tickets to the August Series here though.
Oh and as far as the thread topic, Royals threads on the front page, the Draft clutter is in another forum already. The main forum certainly needs the room for the High School Class President threads.

Are you kidding me Tim? Now is the perfect time to go. Show up at the White Sox game wearing Royals gear but wear a bag over your head ala the A'ints. Guaranteed to get you TV exposure to our plight and your covered mug would probably end up on espn. :thumb: :D

I just find it amusing these pathetic losers generate a thread daily. Hell they have their own forum no one uses.

Maybe the Drive to 120 was a bit conservative, but Ive still got faith that this club can do it. As of right now, they're on a 135 loss pace...

I'll make one for every darned game, just to spite anyone converting to being a Cards fan. If I'm going to wallow in this depressing muck, then everyone's going down with me.

Royals... are they the new laughable losers of American League
like the Cubs were in the National League

or are they just pathetic dying a slow death?

I read that RSTN is televising 113 games this year,I'd hate to be an advertising salesman for them.

Not yet.
I'm pretty sure most Cub fans would gladly give their left nut for a WS win in their lifetime.

The Royals are definitely the worst run franchise in baseball and the brunt of some well deserved jokes, but they've only been bad for about 20 years. The Cubs are closing in on 100.

Sorry, Ed. I have one requirement of the teams I root for - they have to show up. Since the Chiefs haven't won a championship since I was 4, and the Cardinals haven't won a championship since I was 17, I obviously don't need a winner every year. But I require effort and a reasonable expectation of success. And I don't get that from these assclowns.

True... Cards put up a quality product, year in year out. that's why they have a big following. Exciting to watch. What can you say about the likely next HOFer Pujols, barring serious injury.....

The Chiefs try.. have pretended at times, gambling on players.
Had good years in 90s with D...
Some good years of late with Offense...

SB chances at times as good as any if gelling players and team playing well at end of season. Look at Pittsburgh.

Royals??? Don't even really try after Kaufmann died...
