And if a player is going 5-38, it's a good time to bench him for a few games.

it's insane...no sooner than I made the thread we had an opportunity for a SAC bunt and didn't do it.

Its called giving away outs. You only get 27 a game and some managers / organizations don't like the philosopy of giving up an out when it doesn't garuntee a run is going to score even if it does advance the runner.

What is really funny is the fact that fans complained about how often Muser WOULD sac bunt.

Its kinda pointless to sac bunt when your pitching staff walks nearly 9 batters a game. Sac bunting is great, when your team is holding the other teams to less than say 4 or 5 runs a game. not happening with these guys it seems, and its really depressing.

Aren't you the same guy who told us all last year that Buddy Bell was a great hire?

Cmon guys, we could be witnessing history here. I say we enjoy it as the Royals set records for suckiness.

It's sad...but I really am starting to take that approach with the royals. Enjoy watching them suffer through a humiliating loss, enjoy watching Sweeney strike out like the little bitch he is, enjoy watching our pitchers give up another HR, walk, etc, etc. I personally love the look on buddy bells face by about the 4th inning. Just looks like hes thinking...My god what the hell was I thinking? I hate to say this because I love baseball and wish we had a decent team, but I realize that isnt going to happen for a long long time...so, im just going to sit back, relax, and watch how baseball isn't supposed to be played.

I want this team to get so ****ing bad to where glass cant stand it and sells the team for really really cheap and the new owner totally cleans every aspect of the organization. Thats the only thing that could be done to help this worthless team.

I'm waiting for Sweeney to get his mysterious day to day injury that turns into 2 months.

$hit, I'm surprised he hasn't run off the field crying like the little girl he is after all the fans were booing him. Figured he would have done that by now and gone to florida to join Grienke and his therapy sessions.
