I'm surprised they didn't sign Charles Gordon from KU.

The De’Arrius Howard signing is interesting. He looked pretty good in the East West Shrine Game. He had 3 touchdowns and he almost had a 4th one as time expired. He had good size for a RB. He is 5-10 ½ 229 lbs. At his campus workout he ran the 40 in 4.47 and 4.55. he had a 36 inch vertical jump, 9 ft. 11 broad jump, a 4.2 short shuttle, a 6.98 three-cone drill and 20 lifts in the 225 lb bench. What was his story at Arkansas, injured or what? I had not heard of him until I watched the Shrine Game.

He was a high school QB. Most draft sites seem to think he has all the tools but underachieved. Alot of the sites also say he is overconfident.

An "overconfident" underachiever?
Great combination.

Let Ed Reed or Roy Williams welcome the boy to the NFL. Once he gets his dick knocked in the dirt a few times, I believe some of that cockiness will leave his system.

looks like this year's Chiefs draft and FA signings have concentrated on "work ethics" and "character." I'm way more comfortable with atalented guy with excellent character than star-type talent with no character.
