For the good of baseball, the Royals should just sell the franchise to someone that has a muthafuggin clue about how to run a baseball team.

What a gdamn disgrace.

I think Glass depends on Baird and that is how I want an owner. Problem is Baird can't put a team together. I think Glass will be firing him shortly.

Glass isn't going anywhere and I don't think he has seen anything frm Baird to justify $'s. I mean we uped the $'s this year and although Sanders and Gruds are looking ok they are pretty much done, Mays and Redman are getting msacked all over the ballpark.

Elarton might be the only good thing Baird did this year. Big woo!

We could of had Kenny Rogers but Baird said he was too much for hwat he was worth.

I wonder if Detroit feels the same way?

I would fire Baird for putting Mays on the mound in the first place. But how many times do you ahve to watch the guy go out and get shelled inside of 5 innings before you figure out to stop putting him out there?

This is pretty sad, it's like the same thing every damn game, I never have seen such a horrible team. There hasn't even been glimpses of hope at all. Sucks cause we get pitching then no hitting, then neither, nothing can function right in the same game it seems.

Well we are already looking to be 0-3 on this road trip...I will say we would fo won the game that got rained out but oh well shit happens there.

Bottom line is we have dropped another 4 and looking for 5 straight

I don't see how Baird doesn't just quit

Because he's drawing a check and he knows that if he quits, no one else will hire his dumb ass.

I don't know what's gotten into Jimmy Gobble, but he's actually pitching great right now.

10.1 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 3 BB, 8 K

That's his last 10 or so innings pitched over the course of the last 3 weeks or so. That's about the only positive thing going on right now... Elvis, Affeldt, Gobble, and Kyle Snyder down in AAA are all pitching well, at the same time no less.

Elarton, Affeldt, Hernandez, Gobble, Dessens and Burgos have all pitched well. Affeld got off to a rough start but the last 3 outings he has really been tough

The rest all suck ass...including Sisco

Kansas City, on its second losing streak this season of six games or more, is 0-12 on the road this year, one shy of the record for most consecutive road losses at the start of a season, set by the 1969 Houston Astros.
