Michael J Fox once said he believes in a story where if there was a group of people in a circle and everyone put their biggest problem in the middle of the circle, then had to choose one as their own, everyone would take back their own problem.
Outside of an extreme, like Tom Brady and Corky being in the same circle, I believe that.... which means I'd take intelligence. I don't aspire to be real rich, and I'd rather keep my face for radio than give up my brain.

This is a rather important decision, so I need a clarification first. If I choose looks or intelligence, does that mean that I can never have money, even through the use of those attributes? Or if I choose money, can I use plastic surgery to improve my looks?
If I can only have one of the three forever, I'll take money. Stupid on a cruise ship beats smart in a ghetto.
If I can use any of them to get the others, I'd take intelligence. Intelligence begets money, and intelligence also attracts better women than looks.
Ideally, I'd switch between the three with life stage. I'd go with intelligence through the age of 21, I'd then switch to looks through the age of 28, then I'd go back to intelligence through the age of 45, and then I'd go with money until death do us part.
Intelligence. I've survived so far without the other two...lol.

Excellent points to which I will now clarify. After long deliberation with the undisputed (Except by kcchiefsguru) qualifications of my 8 ball I would like for it to be known that the question entails only having one of the three attributes at the onset of life, and can be used to acquire the other two either directly or by proxy.

define 'intelligence'
my IQ is 143 (real test, not some internet test) and I don't consider myself all THAT smart--there are things I know a lot more about than almost all of you (viruses/bacteria), but that's because it's what I'm going to school for... but when it comes to fixing a car, I'm in the dark
looks?? eh, I don't consider myself that much to look at (although I have all the self esteem in the world I'll ever need--funny, eh?), but my fiance is certainly happy with me, and that's good enough for me
wealth?? define wealth--I'm certainly not rich by any stretch of the imagination, but after I finally get done with 'school,' the field I'm going into (VERY few of us out there) is one that I'll have very little problems finding a six figure income after a few years... considering the most I've ever made in a year is 18k, that'll be like trading up from my sh*tty 1990 pontiac le mans to a jaguar... so if by wealth you mean 'comfortable,' all I really need I already have or will have before too long
so in short, your poll is skewed for me :p

Your IQ doesn't tell you how smart you are (necessarily). It tells you what your learning potential is. If you wanted to take the time to learn about cars, you would probably catch on very quickly. But then again, there are natural talents. Maybe cars isn't one of them for you.

Intelligence is so diverse...
I'd say intelligence because it can get you anything you want. I really don't give a crap about money as long as I'm happy and can pay my bills and rent every month. Looks are subjective and fade with time. Intelligence only gets better.
Though if you'll notice, most of your truely intelligent people have issues with it. They usually operate on a level which makes them antisocial to varying degrees. So even though that'd be my choice, it also comes with the most consequences of the three as well.

IMO I define intelligence as the accuracy with which one able to process and communicate information; and has very little to do with standardized IQ testing.
But, I'm just pretty much pulling that out of my butt.

But thinking is fun... I am an introvert. I spend my time in front of a book or something. To me, knowledge is better than money in that its respendable. Besides, I could not live with myself knowing I was one of those people who doesn't question anything about who they are or where they come from.

Really if you want money and if you the intellect all you need is AMBITION if you use that aspect correctly one can accomplish anything.
case one
I know a Martial Artist who has 180+ IQ. The guy lives in a shitty house, and mows lawns for a living. He can do advanced Calc in his head. The problem things came so easy for this guy he has no ambition whatsoever.
Case B my Dad
he's a guy with a 120-130 IQ above average but not a genius, and has been hearing what he couldn't do his whole life. after accomplishing a shitload athletically, he then pursues being a doctor where as many individuals who were smarter than he was failed, because of one key element THE DRIVE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN.

All anyone wants is contentment. The problem is in our capitalistic society there is an incorrect formula of money=happiness. If the first guy was happier with his life and who he was than guy #2, would you still prefer to be the second guy? Its hard to fathom someone being content living in a cardboard box, but they're out there, and they are doing what they want to do despite societal norms.

sounds kinda like my dad... my dad's IQ is in the 150 range, but he's squandered every opportunity in his life (we grew up very poor), until just recently he had drug problems, and although he's always kept a job, it's always been something very beneath his 'intelligence'... my dad is smart enough to be making 150k/yr and driving a new car every year--but, something went wrong somewhere...
and as far as intelligence goes, it's, depending on how you look at it, a very broad or a very narrow scope... IQ is almost like a sponge--the bigger the sponge, the more water you can soak up--thus, the higher the IQ, the easier you can absorb knowledge and assimilate it with previously gained knowledge and put it together as something you can USE to your 'advantage'... it's all about motivation, ambition, and so many different factors that a man with a 100 IQ could become the richest man in the world while nobody's heard of the lady that has a 210 IQ (even though technically she should probably be way ahead of the rest of us)--IQ is almost like 'potential,' that dirty word... the higher the IQ, the higher the potential, but as it's been said ad nauseam, it doesn't mean jack unless you USE that potential

Given the options, I think I'll take being a dumb, homely, rich guy over being a handsome, homeless philosopher.
Assuming whatever choice you make means you are excluded from the other two, I'd have to say "money". The barriers of fugly looks and lack of intelligence can largely be overcome by lots of money. (Just ask our President.)
There are lots of intelligent people who never make it rich. Good looks for a man are of even less value, and their usefullness pretty much dries up sometime around age 25. (Beyond that, they are more likely to just get you in trouble.)
