View Full Version : Seriously, I love Larry Johnson

Yeah, he's kind of arrogant, but he's so awesome. I was watching a game between the Broncos and the Chiefs on the NFL network, and realized the man doesn't go down. Defenders just bounce of him, and he'll keep churning his legs when he has six people on him. And, he's not really "happy" until he gets his team a Superbowl ring.

That guy would be harder than hell to steal the ball from...

As far as Larry, he's a machine... I don't think he'll ever be happy until KC loves him like we do Priest, and with the chip on his shoulder he has that won't happen.

I honestly forsee him becoming a free agent within the next 5 years.

My favorite part of the NFL Network coverage was the exchange from the Denver announcers about how Larry never goes down.

"Well, he's going to be sore tomorrow, that's for sure."

"So are the guys trying to tackle him."

I think it's just a matter of time. Two great years and Larry Johnson will be as big of a superstar as Priest Holmes was in his prime.

I'm a Larry Johnson fan, big time. All Chiefs fans should be.
More and more the media morons in this town that are trying to tear him down are just going to be slitting their owns throats by trying. The people will choose to be on Larrys side, not theirs.

They'll all STFU when LJ leads the Kansas City Chiefs to the Superbowl.
Note: This board needs some positive attitude.

I wonder if Jo Pa even remembers Larry. Have you ever listened to his press conferences in the last couple of years, the guy is straight up senile. It's funny to watch. Ya ya, THEY went 11-1 last year, big deal. His assisant coaches do most of the work. I mean, JoPa should at least try to fake like he knows whats goin on like wearing a head set or something.

I think its means he gets five big ass 20 yard runs opposed to 15 shitty three yard gains.
