For those of you that have Sirius, Paul Hackett (Marine colonel who ran for congress against Mean Jean in Ohio) filled in for Ed Schultz today and I have to say I was extremely impressed. The guests were mainly Iraq vets. There were also a lot of callers who were Iraq vets (many of whom are still active military and wanted to remain anonymous).
I really got the feeling that the military will be next in line to revolt against the conduct of this administration. They all said the same thing, which is, that this administration has screwed the pooch from the beginning and continues to screw the pooch.
Aside from that, Hacket was intelligent, articulate, and funny. I had no idea. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if he ends up with his own show.
