It seems like it's not exactly a remake, and it's also not exactly another sequel, or something like that.

But what I am doing is starting totally from from scratch. This the new HALLOWEEN. Call it a remake, an update, a reimaging or whatever, but one thing that for sure is this is a whole new start... a new begining with no connection to the other series.
Then why call it Halloween?
Oh that's right...because 6 people would go see it if it was called anything else and they saw "directed by Rob Zombie".

I stand corrected.
As for acquiring that taste, thanks but no thanks. The film made zero sense and I've tried watching it sober and not so sober.

the movie made sense.. i don't know how you would have trouble following it but if you watched it twice and still haven't a clue..
i've enjoyed the two rob zombie movies.. even have them in my dvd collection.
i can see how someone wouldn't like these movies.. but if ur not a horror fan.. why even see these movies to begin with?
