View Full Version : Interesting article on the Duke case

I never even knew this was possible, but it makes a hell of a lot of sense. At this point, the DA has lost all credibility and the public does not believe that the case is being prosecuted fairly or competantly, which is a shame. The author of this story believes the DA should deputise a wealthy law firm in North Carolina to take over, what do you think?

This is not intended to discuss the merits or facts of the Duke case, just the thought that perhaps when the prosecution is grossly overmatched by a high-powered gang of defense lawyers (like OJ), they should give up some of their power to ensure that the case is prosecuted competantly.
