Arrid extradry clear gel. I don't know why it says ultradry, but at least it keeps me from ultrastinky. I miss the unscented version they used to have, and it took a while to get used to the "goo" feeling of the clear gels, but so far this has worked better then any other deo I have used.

I'd be interested to learn how many people use anti-perspirants versus deodorants.

Someone should start a thread posthaste.

1. Whatever I use, MUST MUST MUST be unscented.

2. Deodarants are useless, anti-perspirants only.

3. Usually I go for Mitchum.

4. Arm and Hammer clear solid is a pretty decent fall-back.

I prefer the stick anti persperant/deodorant....I don't like to use the same brand over and over, because I think your body adjusts to the chemicals and it doesn't work as well.

I think the last 2 and the normal rotation are right guard(different scents) and Axe.

07-05-2006, 03:03 PM
I use some clear gel, Gillette I think. I'd prefer an anti-persperant only, but those are pretty rare now. I actually have hair in my pits, so those stick ones just wind up making sticky balls of crap and don't actually help. I don't like aerosols because I don't need to deoderize and anti-persperize my chin, back, knees, etc.

I don't use any deoderant. In my profession it's a waste of time and money. When I get off work and have to go to the grocery store or something and stand in line people tend to move away from me to the next line, so it serves a purpose to stink sometimes. Every once in a while someone will have the balls to say "Man, you stink" . I reply with a "NO SHIT".

I remember a kid in junior high school that was rather gullible. Some nasty person convinced him that deodorant works better if you put it on your tongue. See, that way, it's absorbed into your body and it works on armpit odor from within.

You need a fartilencer, Mr. listopencil. It's sort of like one of those little automatic air fresheners except that instead of plugging in into the wall, you stick it in your rectum.

Then, when you let go with a Machine Gunner or Oopsie, the elevator smells like a tropical forest after a cool, spring rain.
