This is of interest to no one but me, so I'll intersperse this post with pictures of Woodrow Wilson to broaden its appeal.

In the past week, I've heard that two of my bigger competitors in town are closing. One is public news, and they're "selling" the firm to another of the larger companies in town, and the other is not yet public, but I was told by an unimpeachable source.

I find this very interesting, because I'm wondering if it creates a market opportunity for my company. I just wish I could figure out who their clients are. There aren't a lot of big firms in town, so this has the potential to shake things up a bit.

It's also very surprising because my company is having a very good year, and several of the marketing firms we work with are also having very good years. I figured that the whole market was up.

That's all. Here's one more picture of Woodrow Wilson to close out the thread.

You should hire a market research firm and find out.

I did a report on Woodrow Wilson, gave a 15 minute speech on him, and he was interesting to say the least.

Guy was a brilliant politician, and yet a huge racist bastard...

When he was president of Princeton he would intentionally turn down blacks for no reason, and then, even when he was president, when asked about his affiliation with certain white-supremist groups being counterproductive to America, his response was something to the effect of, "IF they don't like me, they don't have to vote for me."

How does one become a HUGE racist?

Eat 6000 calories/day and watch TV all day long. Oh, and be a racist.

How does one become a HUGE racist?

The same way someone becomes a "huge d*ck" There are levels to it. Some just feel uncomfortable around minorities or don't like them, others say they are the sole reason for the decay of society... there are degrees to it.

I should note that my company is not in any way affiliated with Mr. Woodrow Wilson, and we do not condone racism in any form.
