Yup, innocent people hit due to the logistics of a military target in the area. I think someone said on another thread:

"To deliberately target civilians is a war crime. The fact that terrorists are amongst them does not give one carte blanche to kill."

Your response seems to be somewhat confused. It was terrorists that fired the shot at the Israeli Navy ship, not Israeli terrorists that shot at their own civilian ship hoping there were Jordanian terrorists onboard.
