Carl just loves stuff like this. All it does is galvanize his supporters.

Kinda like Whitlock's love-in or whatever it was last year...

You should have put this on a yellow shirt. The red on red drowns out the little cussing guy.

But I'll still probably order one. :D

Perfect!

Yes, I have more shirts than I'll probably ever sell sitting in my office right now.

As to the price, well if I had done a cheap, cheezy, shrinks 50%, shirt, I could have probably done them for $10. Or if I could do 10,000 at a time. But, until all of KC decides to order one the price is the best I can do.

Exactly. Great idea. Poor execution. A picture of Carl clues in the clueless that is looking at your shirt. And you won't have to answer 'who's Carl?' about 100 times.

And it looks better mispelled as dammit.

Cool stuff.

Putting his picture or any mention of the chiefs on the shirt would have been a no-no legal-wise. This is why there is not a picture of Carl or the word chiefs anywhere on the shirt (including the web address). I did this for fun, not to make a fortune and get sued trying.

As for the spelling, dammit is the correct spelling of the slang for damn it:

From Cambridge:
damn (EXPRESSION) Show phonetics
exclamation (ALSO damn it or dammit) INFORMAL
an expression of anger or annoyance:
Damn, I've spilt coffee down my blouse!
See also goddamn.

One other positive of the web address on the back is that if we ever really want to start a fire carl movement what better place to do it than dammitcarl.com - think of all the free advertising that could be going around on the back of shirts...

What I really wanted to do on the back is a concert-tourish list of all of carl's bust draft picks... again lawyer said not smart...

As for the spelling, dammit is the correct spelling of the slang for damn it:

That's true, but the reason that some of us think it should be "Damnit" is because in the early days of this forum, people in their haste to make a "Damn it Carl" post almost always missed the space between the words "Damn" and "it".

Hence, the correct planet spelling IS "Damnit Carl! :cuss: ".

Laz likes it because it's critical of Carl. It could have used tampons hanging off of it and he'd wear it.

We had the comma in there, but it didn't look right on the finished art. The whole idea of the imodicon was that pretty much everybody posted that imodicon when they typed dammit carl, damnit carl, or damn it carl, so that was my little homage to chiefsplanet.

it has nothing to do with carl or whatever

it has to do with showing a little respect for a guy who made these shirts for the members of CP.
