to take our August publication to the printer and then made a stop by Ameristar Casino to pick up a couple of Heart tickets for the August 5th show and..................

ONLY 5 SINGLE TICKETS LEFT

None of which are even remotely close to one another :(

IF anyone knows anyone who could hook a fellow planeteer up with a pair it'd be greatly appreciated.

I remember reading an article where the author had tagged them as the female Led Zeppelin. Now that I've heard numerous Zeppelin covers by them I'd say he wasn't too far off.

Personally I've seen over 125 bands live and Heart would in my top 10 without a doubt.

Cool. I've only seen 4 groups, but they were good.

My top would probably be the Stones, but only barely over Metallica.

I think Nancy is married to Cameron Crowe and does alot of the music for his movies.

The Wilson sisters own Seattle. Ann has also had gastric bypass surgery, and is now the size of a small baby orca.

If you've got a shitload of cash, you could talk my wife out of our 2nd row tickets. Nah, probably not.

Granted, I'm a young buck, but the first time I'd ever heard of Heart was when Carrie Underwood sung Alone on American Idol. She also sung it with Heart at a concert earlier this year. I wish she would have my children.

It's really a damn shame that some of you pups don't delve into the history of rock-n-roll.

Oh, I know who they are.

Remember that I'm 29 and my favorite band of all time is The Pink Floyd.

But Heart is like the worst of Fleetwood Mac mixed with Bon Jovi.

And that brunette passes yesterday's lunch in MOAB sizes...

I appreciate the fact that you're still fairly young and that you're a Floyd fan but please tell me that last statement is based on Heart's latter material.Because if you're comparing Bon Jovi to greats like Bebe LeStrange,Crazy On You,Barracuda,Little Queen and even their covers of Zep, then I'm speechless.

Songs like Barracuda, Crazy on You, and that friggen abortion of lyrics Make love To You song are why I can't stand them.

I'm with you on the Top, Grand Funk, James Gang, and The Band.

Heart I'm a no-go...

There are some pretty gay songs by Heart. Shit that only females should listen to.

I'll gladly listen to the gayest of Heart songs before ever dressing up like a Star Wars character and waiting hours in line to see a focking movie.

Besides,it wasn't too long ago that you were pimping the song Barracuda here on the planet.

Haha! Remember though, you cashed in $200 ahead playing blackjack that night, no?

Rausch, you'll remember this too. When we met you and your girl in Vegas that time? Soph had won a trip to Vegas on the radio and it included tickets to Heart at the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay. KC Dan met us out there and had a ticket to Van Halen who was playing the same night at Mandalay Bay Arena. Except Dan's ticket was really for the show the night before. So instead he walked over to Excalibur, I believe and won $200 at the BJ table which paid for his useless VH ticket plus some.

ROFL

Sorry Dan, I had to tell the whole story.

And Heart was very good in concert. Much better than I had expected.

Barracuda isn't gay...some of the others are though. Incredibly homosexual.
