I recently put a contract on a house in Overland Park and will be moving from North KC. Curious if anyone has any good movers to refer me to. I usually do the moving on my own, but we've acquired quite a bit since the last move and with money from the proceeds of our sale, I would just as soon do all the packing and have someone else do the heavy lifting. I would prefer to do business with a small business owner who's bonded and insured of course... Feel free to add any moving stories of your own.

I wish I could remember the company that moved me last, though I doubt it was cheap. I know it is the same company that a lot of the Chiefs players used. Nothing was scratched or broken, truly amazing. Hell, they even called to see if I wanted it early and delivered it a couple days early for me.

I think it was Fry Wagner, I think.

Fry Wagner has helped George Brett as well as Joe Montana move. They are very good.

A friend of mine owns it and they do a great job. His name is Marty Kane. Tell them Chad Dumas sent you if you call.

I'm not sure if this will help you, but I noticed the site has a list of the best chiropractors by area:

I can't personally vouch for any of them, but the site offers information on each to help you find a good chiropractor for your back needs, hope it helps! :thumb:

That's freakin' weird. I just bought a house in OP and I move the end of April. I need to get rid of the current house in Lenexa though.

We reached out to Gerber Moving.

They're coming over tomorrow to give us a quote. They were a recommendation from someone else that recently moved.

I think one of the domer brothers here is a mover, but I couldn't tell you with whom and if they're any good.

Last August I moved from the KC area to north central Arkansas and used "Two Men and a Truck" out of the KC phone book. Two young white kids did the job and everything went just like clock work. No complaints.

I haven't used them, but I have heard lots of good things about two men and a truck. I used to be a cable contractor, and hooked up lots of people who were moving in. I don't remember anyone ever having a problem with them. I think they charge about $80/hr

No offense and I'm sure you've heard it countless times, but your name reminded me of a classic commercial:

Anyone know a good Moving Company??

There are a lot of people who were moved by Obama speeches.
