View Full Version : I'm encouraged by Colquitts punting

I think he redeemed himself this week after he seemed to hit one off the side of his foot last week. Those two that he put inside the five that went out of bounds were awesome. When the Donks had to start a drive at the 2 it really limited them offensively. We gave the donks a lot of bad field position today and Colquitts punting definately played a part.

Every punter shanks one or two during the season. I sure wasn't worried about it.

Hopefully he's the man for the next decade.

He's tits.

TWO inside the 5? In one game?

That's insane...

Tynes was great today, too. That 45-yarder was a tough kick.

I flipped when that second punt nailed inside the 5. Way to go Colquitt.

I wished he never had to step on the field.

Wouldn't that be nice?

True but that's not realistic with any football team. When he was needed to do his job he did it just about as good as anyone could do it.

The crowd after the second one inside the 3 was absolutly stunned. The stadium was almost silent

I remember a mild January Day in 2004 when no punters where needed.

Sure they were. We REALLY needed Indy's punter to kick it at least once.

I am too. He might be the best player on our team!
