Very impressive win, guys. Wins like this can often spark a team> Congrats.

"I just wanted to drop by and say that I told herm would ruin your team. when he gets a lead, he always stops throwing the ball and ends up losing by a fieldgoal. Herm is terrible at clock management too" [/jettrolls]

We know you don't mean it. You may now reply by saying something stupid as usual.

Thank you. I was personally responsible.

Yeah.... the Jets trolls were right... it was pretty clear against the 49ers that Herm completely neutered our offense.

As many of us have said, we have nothing but respect for the Chiefs team and their fans. They are a great apart of the NFL. I know how tough 0-2 w/ an injured QB is so I wanted to wish congrats.

fwiw....I wanted the Jets to beat the Indianapolis Mannings, and wish the last lateral would have paid off.

Thx Iowa. We couldn't make one stop on Manning the last two drives. It was frustrating. That last play was pretty fun, though.

Likewise........both of the Mannings are tools.

I don't know if you are playing the Colts or not this year but the worst part is playing this guy and then during comercials, you see his dorky mug all day long. It is sickening how such a post-season choke artist is the darling of Madison Ave.

Speaking of that... Coles got injured at the end... is he ok?

No Colts for us this year. We get the Jaguars from that division on the last game of the season. I hope it means something by then.

We understand that frustration (and then some). We got to experience it for a whole game and, to make matters worse, it was a playoff game.

That last play was incredible. It would have been at the top of the all time highlight reels if it had worked.

Yeah! I read about that. Wished I hadda seen it but couldn't! I hadda go to a sports bar to see the Pats/Bengals game even.

I do think there is an infusion of "never quit" from the Patriot system which has benefited the Jets with Mangini as their HC. Saw it even when they played my Pats.

And there are no more moral victories after losses..which kind of made losing acceptable

Dang piss poor clock management by Herm.

Congrats on going into Jet mode and blowing the Indy game. Geez, if you are going to let them score so easily the least the Jets could have done is let them score faster to give the O a chance. Prevent D with no pass rush, bungled kickoff return - classic J E T S, Jets, Jets, Jets.

For what it's worth you do get creativity points for the final play of the game.

Didn't the Jets so something like that at Arrowhead many years ago? I can't remember if it was pre-Marty or not, but I remember a game where they had something like 11 laterals on the last play of the game. It may have been the Eagles, I seem to recall it was a team wearing green.

I think the worst part is that they have a horrible defense, but Manning bails them out again and again.

they did a thing on Manning last night for Outside the Lines...the reason he's so marketable is because he's actually a good actor...I've laughed at more than one of his commercials.

"Like Peyton Manning, I mean, if you like a 6'5" quarterback with a laser, rocket arm, anyways..."

No he isn't. He easily does the best commericals of any NFL player.

how did they do that??We have had our Ass'ss's handed to us for like, the past 5 years in Denver.

We took them foo's to O.T., and they didn't see the endzone against us.

That, plus this weeks shutout, and Herm saying we need to get better on D, is a freaking wake up call to the NFL. Matt Leinert hasn't got the message yet.
