Disagree. Advantage Chiefs.
We should score early and often against that defense.

One would usually allow for a touchdown advantage due to home field. I agree with Warrior5's asessment.
We should win, but when trying to breakdown the tanglibles, it is wise to avoid terms like coulda, woulda and shoulda.

We need to dust off the Steve Bono bootleg play.

Arizona Ranks 24th in offense
28th in defense
Kc Ranks 3rd in defense
20th in offense

Vegas gives like 3 points for the home team. In the case of the Chiefs, it might be more like 7, but I doubt that works for the Cards.

Vegas isn't even giving the Cards the homefield advantagepffft That whole "3 point homefield advantage" thing is kind of a crock anyway. Going by that rule, the Chiefs are 6 points better on a neutral site, 3 points better in Arizona, 9 points better in KC.
No way that line comes out at -9 if it's at Arrowhead.

The thing I like is that our defense matches up well against their offense. Their strength is in their wide receivers where we have (now) several strong cornerbacks. But to have time to throw, they need their tackles to hold off our defensive ends, which matches our strength against a weakness of theirs.

Amen to that. Huard is wicked fast compared to Bono. :D

Exactly. I think Denny Green will initially keep Leinart leashed a little bit, given the team's propensity for turnovers. Leinart's strength is his arm, and the Cards do have good receivers, but I like this match up against our Pass D. Our F4 must crush Leinart.
Another reason I chose KC Scoring O (16th) vs AZ Scoring D (25th) as a wash is the enclosed stadium; noise might affect Huard and the O-line. Hope the Chiefs have a big following in AZ (ala @ Miami last year).

I like our chances against a fairly bad offensive line and a QB making his first start.
As said previously, I think Law/Surtain against Boldin/Fitzgerald, if it comes down to that, is at least a push for us.
I'm obviously a Leinart fan, but I am putting aside that loyalty for this game.

I think we can take the WRs out of the equation (if their gameplan for breaking Leinart in doesn't already do that).
I'm not particularly scared of being beaten by Edge, so I hope we put a lot of our resources into camping out in Leinhart's face. Don't give him to time to look for WRs.

Yep. Hope Tamba's Mama is going to this game too.

As long as we dont go down there with big heads, i dont see how we lose this. Stay angry, dont get cocky & keep Bold and Fitz in front of us.

agreed on most of the above.
If I'm AZs coach, I'd be practicing run stunts (endarounds, reverses, bootlegs) and slants.
IIR, that's added up to the most yds gained/first downs against us
