Just curious, when you start reading a thread with several pages, do you generally read through the entire thread before you post, or do you post as you go.

Read through, unless it's really long.

I just read the last page and post something completely random.

sedated

always read the first page.

if 2 or 3 pages, usually read it all, then post

if more than 4 or 5, just 1st page and last, then post.

if it's really long and I haven't read very much, I say that in my post.

Me too. I think that keeps my post count low. By the time I read through, 10 people have already said what I was thinking.

I read through the entire thread before I post.

I want to be sure that I not only don't repeat others, but I also like to make sure that someone who posted something that seems really stupid doesn't address that post to clarify something that might have been misunderstood initially.

Good ponts, especially the second one.

I read until I see something that I would like to chime in on - sometimes. However, a very bad habit I have is simply going off without reading things through, so I usually piss someone off or write something out of context - once or twice I have missed the thread starter details altogether and judt through something in.

But whenever I see cochise in a thread, I like to simply say, "giggitty" - he hates that

Usually by then the thread has deteriorated into some kind of soap opera... so I pop some popcorn, kick back, and enjoy laughing at the pathetic nature of some people's lives...

that's somethin i've noticed. if a thread is around 5 pages long and you post off somethin on the first page you can be way off topic. usually i read the first page and then go to the last.then go backwards, lookin for the topic derailment.

I think some of the funniest crap I've read on here has come from someone serial posting. If the thread's been hijacked and suddenly someone serial posts a bunch of stuff that is actually on point you can get some really strange replies.

I can pick some up. Anything you want to share with us?

Ensure: Healthy Mom Shakes and Snack Bars with 20 essential vitamins and minerals provide nutrition from your first trimester to your baby’s first steps.

First you must submit in triplicate a hand written request for every single post to each and every Planeteer who has posted on the thread in question to date. Then, only after getting permission from all Planeteers appearing in said thread can one submit a post in response to the threads topic of discussion. :p
