I know we had astro turf back then, and I don't want that back or anything, but the endzones looked alot better when they were painted red and yellow.

Good find Rainman, that is a trip seeing that. Memory lane, and yeah Okoye looks like a Moose in those pads.

DT all young and bright eyed. I would have loved to live in KC in the early 90's or at least watched a game or two at Arrowhead and felt that fever. I will bet the stadium was extremely loud back then.

Team finally playing well, not too mention absolutely dominating teams at Arrowhead with that young Defense.

Arrowhead was off the charts for that Buffalo game. What a night that was.

Hey, what's that stadium chant going on when Al Michaels is speaking?

sounds like (word)...CHIEFS (word)...CHIEFS! etc.

Is that defunct nowadays? don't remember it from my (jinxing Sept 10th) visit.

One part of the stadium would yell GO.......
the rest would yell CHIEFS.....

definitely something that should be brought back to the game. You still hear it from time to time on a smaller scale but mostly there is always some "pumping up music" playing instead of letting the fans do the pumping up themselves.

Yeah, I thought that was pretty humorous, too. And then they show him elbowing aside Seahawks on his way to the end zone.

So how do you think it went...

MNF Producers: "Christian and Derrick, we'd like to do an interview with you guys... Yeah, just you alone... it's for the intro... By the way, could you guys take off your shirts?"

Dan Saleamua: "Hey, I'm a good interview... the Monday Night crowd would love to hear from me. I don't mind taking off my shirt!"

MNF Producers: "Yeah.... umm... We'll let you know"

Nice to watch that Kevin. Wasn't that the first MNF for the Chiefs for quite some time? I remember how excited I was for that game, lock the house down and leave me alone.
