360 Premium, Saint's Row, Dead Rising, and Test Drive Unlimited, all for $360.

All three games are quite fun, and the value is absolutely ridiculous. If you've been waiting on a 360, now is the time to get it. It's such a good deal, I want to get it, and I already have a 360 and all of those games.

thats pretty good. You think I should do it? Ive been holding out on getting a 360 for a while now, i think because I wanted to wait and see the PS3 come out and then decide which one to get. But this is probably the best deal Ive seen with the games and stuff. Those games are new too

You think I should do it? Yes.

I bought mine 2 months ago. $400 for the premium set up... with no games. I love it, and I was a PS2 guy.

I wish I had waited a bit longer. :sulk:

That would normally cost you close to $600 if my math is right....what a deal.

That is TOO good. Something is up with that deal. Premium AND 3 games? Has to be a refurb or something. And even a refurb would go for more than that.

Try to buy it. I DARE YOU.

I just called the customer support number. They confirmed the deal was dead, but said that there will be a new shipment coming in with a better deal on Friday, something about a grand opening sale. She had no other details and said that chances are it will be with different games, but if you were interested in this it may be in your best interest to check out the website on Friday morning.

Update: New Outpost 360 Bundle Coming This Weekend

Okay, that 360 deal we posted about this morning turned out to have been a dud. Not because the deal wasn't legit. Unbelievably, it was... all part of Fry's big anniversary sale. But they sold out of them almost instantaneously.

We would have left it there. We're ineffably lazy. Not so our breathren at Consumerist who called Outpost and asked, in their shrill, whining voice, "What IS up with that?"

And from Fry's came the good news: set your alarms for 5AM EST on Saturday, October 14th. Fry's promises that they will be offering a 360 Bundle every bit as good as the Premium Bundle with Dead Rising, Saint's Row and Test Drive Unlimited.

And:

The deal could be ready as early as Thursday or Friday, according to a reader who spoke with a different Fry's Outpost rep.

So you had better be checking their website every minute of every day to be sure you don't miss out.

Then you will find out later that they only had 2 systems to sell and you were customer number 3.

After having it up for $360, $450 is not very attractive.
